Online Registration Guidance

1、Individual Registration
（1）Click the “Individual Registration”button on the home page to start. If you do not have a Medcon Conference Service Platform (hereafter referred as the platform) account, please create a Medcon account first. The Medcon account enables you universal access to every meeting on the Medcon platform.

（2） For users who already have Medcon account, please directly click “Individual Registration”button for meeting registration.

（3）Please select the sessions you plan to attend, and then click “confirm and register”.

（4）The Secretariat will process your meeting registration within 3 working days. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email. To make sure you receive the email in time, please make sure to provide a valid email address. 
 
 
2、Notice
（1） To guarantee a smooth registration process, please make sure all the registration information submitted is valid and corrected. 

（2）One can register for the Plenary Session and Opening Ceremony and Thematic Session at the same time. Please be aware that the parallel Thematic Sessions are single choice.
